A containment network that makes us FEEL that we are aware of what's going on, and that we are doing things about it, but it's all fake. Meanwhile the elite will be entirely unchecked, unreported, essentially operate invisibly as they compound their wealth and resources. It's already basically there, it is too late to do anything about it now.
