I'm going to start things off on a positive note. The artist of this pic did an amazing job conveying how ridiculously ticklish Harley Quinn is. I like the more loose choice of bondage so you can see how she's thrashing and trying to break free, the hysterical facial expression, all the hahas of varying sizes to show how wild her laughter is, and how all of that is caused by a single feather.
