For the time being it certainly looks like the owner of junkfile is either MIA or unresponsive. We'll see how long it lasts though after he's hit with legitimate legal troubles. It's crazy though that you took 2 months to even consider finding a host with an owner who is willing to risk getting sued by content creators. Takes a serious level of retardation to not arrive at that solution almost immediately. There are serious drawbacks to using hosts like this though. Namely the files will ultimately be deleted at some point quickly, and won't stay up forever. And also, at some point the owner will get hit with legitimate claims and be forced to delete everything and even shut down his site.
I've emailed every major content creator in this space over the last few days and informed them of this thread, the junkfile website, and how to directly contact the owner. I emailed the owner as well, but without response. We'll see how long an actual legal notice takes but I'm also in the process of speaking to my own personal lawyer about what I can do to stop the content from being hosted on the site. So in summary: It's a short term solution. And in the grand scheme of things you can in theory hop around from website to website after one gets taken down. You'll run out eventually though I would imagine or just get tired/bored or whatever. It's not an ideal solution.
This is a bit of a set back for me, but in the end I've made it such that you people have to work insanely hard to get content out in any meaningful way and that was the goal. Anything else is just you talking out of your ass. I ran you people around in circles for months only for you to come up with a solution I thought of the first day I started doing this. Crazy.
We'll see how long it takes for legal notices to scare this guy and then well, you can bounce from site to site all you want. All it does is prove I've baited you into being so stubborn about torrenting that you will NEVER switch to it, which is my true end goal. I *want* you to be stubborn. I *want* you to work hard to ignore my request. I *want* you to take the time/energy/effort to encrypt content. Because ultimately, that means it's just hard work for you. Congratulations, you got a few gigs of content out to like, 10 people at most. Clap clap clap. My goal has been to destroy and stall out what the 8kun BO built. I've done that. Anything else is just dessert at this point. Anyway, going dark for a bit. I'll be back to gloat after that entire website is shut down. And when you move onto the next, and I do the same there then well, I'll be there to keep gloating until you either give in, or disappear. See you then.
