Doing a serious playthrough through Scythe 1 and fuck it's pretty intense. Playing some classic WADs through DSDADoom rather than GZDoom with mods has been a hell of a wake-up call as to what the true, classic Doom experience should be. Also what do you niggers think of Fallen Aces? I'm loving the aesthetic of the game and the cutsscenes so far but I'm not sure about the gameplay itself so far. I can't quite evaluate it because I'm into it so early and honestly I should've picked hard difficulty instead of medium in hindsight but I feel like a lot of the "immersive sim" hate this genre term aspects can be bypassed by sheer brute force.
